  4. What did your learn in this course? I learned how to eat and live healthier

  5. How could you improve your eating habits? I could limit my sugar and fat intake

  4. What is the purpose of doing dynamic stretches? To warm up the muscle and prepare them for a session of working out

  1. Why did you choose to do this workout for week 5? I chose to do this workout since i wanted to work as many muscles as i can in the least amount of exercises
  2. Is it an activity you see yourself doing one a week for the rest of your life? I do see myself working out on a regular basis especially now that summer is coming up
  3. How many times per week do you usually workout? Usually once but i am planning on doing more
  4. How are your present exercise habits affecting your physical health? I sleep better now and i feel less stressed

  1. What’s their schedule like and how much does it cost? They are open from 8am to 10pm on weekdays and from 9:30am to 6:30pm on weekends. It was 20$ for the class i took
  2. What class did you attend and with whom? I attended a parkour class with my friend Luca
  3. How did you feel before, during, and after? I felt nervous at the beginning because this was new to me but during the class i had a lot of fun. After it ended i was tired but satisfied with how i performed.
  4. What did you learn, like, and dislike? I learned that i like to do parkour, in a safe environment that is, but i get nervous when it comes to jumping long distances
  5. Were you glad you went and would you recommend it to a friend? I was really glad i went to this class and i would definitely recommend it to a friend

  1. What’s their schedule like and how much does it cost? They are open from 5am to 9pm on weekdays and from 8am to 5pm on weekends. It was free for the first day
  2. What class did you attend and with whom? I went to do a general body workout with brother
  3. How did you feel before, during, and after? At the beginning i felt focused and ready to my workout, during the workout i had a bit of trouble since i got many cramps, but at the end i was still happy with my progress
  4. What did you learn, like, and dislike? I learned that working out at smaller gyms really helps for me since they are less crowded and its easier to focus
  5. Were you glad you went and would you recommend it to a friend? i would recommend this gym to a friend for sure but the price is a bit steep compared to other gyms
